The Lamai Sunday Night Market, once a vibrant hub for locals and tourists alike, closed its doors during the Covid pandemic and has yet to reopen. In its place, a newer, smaller night market has emerged at a fresh location. 

While this new market is situated a bit farther from the Lamai Night Plaza, it offers a more convenient proximity to the beach, inviting visitors to enjoy a delightful evening of food and culture just steps away from the shoreline.
