Feminine Embodiment (formerly called Yoni Hour) is a class where we are blessed to spend an entire hour in devotion, love and presence with our female body.

In this offering we use the combination of breath, movement, sound, self touch, and loving presence, directed specifically towards the female body. This grounds in a connection with your female body from the inside out, which cultivates a new relationship with your body and sensuality.

Women often say that nurturing themselves in these ways leave them feeling revitalized, balanced, nourished, empowered, grounded and connected from deep within.
