Technical Details and Scooter Features:

Cocovolt offers fully digital mobility solutions with efficient electric scooters available for rent.

The minimum rental period is 1 hour, with rentals automatically extending until the scooter is returned.

Our scooters are equipped with 2000-watt electric motors, providing power equivalent to 125cc gasoline-powered bikes.

The speed is limited to 65 km/h, aligning with Koh Samui's 60 km/h speed limit.

According to Thai law, a valid driver's license is required for operating motor vehicles in traffic. The fine for driving without a license is approximately 500 THB and is paid directly to the authorities.

Each scooter rental includes a helmet and charger. Customers can recharge the battery at their accommodation or opt for our convenient battery swap service if their battery runs out during their adventure. Exceptional customer service is paramount to us.

We understand that time spent on vacation is precious, and therefore, we are prepared to support and assist our customers throughout their experience.

All Cocovolt scooters are new, yellow, registered for road use, and covered by compulsory third-party liability insurance (CTPL).

We recommend customers to consider additional insurance from their own provider, as Thai rental scooter insurances may not cover damages to the rented vehicle.

Our mobile application provides access to contract terms and spare parts prices, ensuring transparency in case of any damages.

Cocovolt does not charge a deposit, nor do we ever hold customers' passports as collateral.
