Terms of Service - The Slash App

1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW
The Slash App Co., LTD (“The Slash App,” “Slash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a digital lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and marketplace platform designed to help users discover experiences, offers, nightlife, wellness, dining, events, services, creators, and travel-related content.
By accessing or using The Slash App platform, mobile application, website, creator systems, concierge services, or marketplace features (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. USER ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY
Users may create accounts to access features including bookings, itineraries, marketplace offers, creator content, loyalty systems, reservations, promotions, and event discovery.
You agree that:
- All registration information is accurate.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You will not create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
- You are at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction to access relevant services.
The Slash App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.
MARKETPLACE, DEALS & PROMOTIONS
The Platform may display:
- Limited-time offers
- Time-sensitive promotions
- Reservation-only experiences
- QR redemption deals
- Creator-linked promotions
- Event tickets
- Wellness packages
- Dining experiences
- Tourism and activity offers
All deals, pricing, availability, inclusions, exclusions, redemption rules, and operating hours are determined by the Merchant.
Offers may:
- Expire without notice
- Require advance reservations
- Be limited by availability
- Be suspended or removed at any time
- Exclude holidays or peak periods
Screenshots, copied QR codes, duplicated redemptions, or manipulated bookings may be rejected by Merchants or the Platform.
4. MERCHANT TERMS
Merchants using The Slash App confirm that:
- They are legally authorized to operate the business.
- Their services comply with local laws and licensing requirements.
- Their listings and promotions are accurate.
- Their business holds any required insurance or permits.
The Slash App may request:
- Government-issued identification
- Business registration documents
- Banking verification
- Licensing documentation
- Tax or VAT information
Failure to provide requested verification may result in suspension, listing removal, payout delays, or permanent termination.
5. CREATOR & INSIDER PROGRAM
Creators, influencers, ambassadors, insiders, or promotional partners participating in The Slash App ecosystem operate as independent third parties unless otherwise stated.
Creator content may include:
- Sponsored recommendations
- Paid collaborations
- Promotional campaigns
- Affiliate-linked offers
Opinions expressed by creators are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Slash App.
By submitting content, creators grant The Slash App a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, modify, repost, distribute, and market such content across the Platform and related marketing channels.
6. AI CONCIERGE & SMART RECOMMENDATIONS
The Platform may use AI-powered systems including itinerary suggestions, concierge recommendations, trend analysis, location-based prompts, and personalized experience suggestions.
These systems are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Recommendations may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information, pricing changes, operational changes, weather disruptions, or unavailable experiences.
Users remain responsible for independently confirming all details directly with Merchants.
7. TOURISM, ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCE DISCLAIMER
The Slash App promotes activities including nightlife, watersports, boat trips, scooter rentals, tours, wellness services, gyms, fitness activities, beaches, nightlife venues, and other tourism-related experiences.
Participation in such activities may involve inherent risks including:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Transportation incidents
- Marine conditions
- Weather-related disruptions
- Alcohol-related risks
- Third-party negligence
Users participate in activities entirely at their own risk.
The Slash App does not supervise, operate, or control third-party experiences and shall not be liable for incidents occurring during participation.
8. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Payments processed through the Platform may utilize third-party payment providers including Stripe or local payment gateways.
Refunds and cancellation policies are determined by the Merchant unless otherwise specified.
The Slash App may assist with communication between Users and Merchants but is not obligated to provide refunds from company funds.
Processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank charges, or third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable.
9. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, graphics, app layouts, AI systems, recommendation systems, software, marketplace structures, creator systems, logos, source code, and platform designs are owned by The Slash App Co., LTD or licensed to us.
Users, Merchants, and Creators may not:
- Copy platform data
- Scrape listings or content
- Reverse engineer systems
- Use automated bots without permission
- Reproduce branding or layouts
- Create competing directories using Platform data
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
10. COMMUNITY STANDARDS & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users may not:
- Submit false reviews
- Abuse promotional systems
- Harass users, merchants, or staff
- Use stolen payment methods
- Upload illegal or offensive content
- Manipulate ratings or visibility
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Resell promotional offers unlawfully
The Slash App reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, freeze payouts, or restrict platform access where violations are suspected.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate third-party technologies including:
- Google Maps
- Stripe
- Social media integrations
- Analytics services
- Reservation systems
- QR redemption systems
- Payment gateways
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The Slash App is not responsible for outages, service failures, payment interruptions, data handling practices, or external system errors caused by third parties.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Slash App Co., LTD shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Personal injury
- Merchant disputes
- Event cancellations
- Booking issues
- Travel disruptions
- Weather-related interruptions
- Third-party conduct
- Creator statements or recommendations
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Slash App reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions may be communicated through:
- App notifications
- Website notices
- Email communications
- Platform banners
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
