Located at the southern tip of Koh Tao, just beyond Chalok Baan Kao, Freedom Beach is a picturesque retreat known for its shaded, tree-lined shore—perfect for those seeking relief from the sun. This charming beach is free from modern developments, featuring only a few traditional wooden bungalows that enhance its natural beauty.

Freedom Beach is easily reachable by driving through Chalok Baan Kao, then taking a right before OK Bungalows. A short walk down the steps from the parking area brings you to the sand.

A parking fee of 50 THB grants access to the beach, while a fee of 100 THB includes a bottle of water and entry to the breathtaking John Suwan Viewpoint.
