We created this place with a desire to presenting the exceptionals creations of the island. Also take care about bring quality, handscrafting and simplicity in the same place.

So you can find lot of influences on our dishes, on our menu and also on our music always according to the island philosophy.

Finally for made a unique ambiance we’ve choose to put our industrial style building closing as possible to the beach to combine. Allowed us to have a two faces : -One according to the days time with chill and sun. An other according to the night where BLUE WATER become a rhythm friendly place.
